Carolyn E. Howard comes from a family deeply involved in Utah’s legal and civic community. Her father, Fred D. Howard, served as a District Court Judge, and her grandfather was a prominent plaintiff’s medical malpractice attorney for over 50 years. Two of her sisters also serve in the legal profession — one as a prosecutor in the Utah County District Attorney’s Office and another as a family law attorney.
