Contact and Law Firm Information

Carolyn owns her own professional corporation (PC) entitled Carolyn E. Howard, P.C. and has operated her company as a sole proprietorship for the past 15 years. In addition to the support of her firm, Carolyn benefits from a strong personal network of experienced legal professionals. Several of her family members are practicing attorneys in Utah, including:

  • One sister who serves as a prosecutor with the Utah County District Attorney
  • Another sister who works as a family law practitioner in South Jordan
  • Her father, a retired Fourth District Court Judge who practiced law for over 20 years & served on the bench in Provo, Utah

While always maintaining client confidentiality and respecting the sensitive nature of each case, Carolyn often engages in general legal discussions with her family members. She finds their insight invaluable — particularly regarding evidentiary issues, trial strategy, and complex legal questions. This trusted network allows Carolyn to broaden her perspective and strengthen her approach to divorce, modifications to divorce, enforcement of divorce orders, paternity orders, protective orders/restraining orders, guardianship matters, and grandparent rights cases.
